Over the last five years, I have played a key role in the growth and success of several organizations. In my time at Argo Blockchain, I provided crucial HR advising from its very inception, contributing significantly to its successful dual listing on Nasdaq. In my role as co-founder and COO of Guild Esports, co-owned by David Beckham, I was instrumental in offering strategic HR planning and executive leadership.
Beyond these roles, I am the proud owner and operator of Reimagine Work, an HR consulting firm that specializes in total HR solutions, group facilitation, team development, and coaching. I established Reimagine Work with a vision to integrate transformative programs into workplaces, aiming to foster the growth and wellbeing of both organizations and their employees.
Throughout my career, I have provided assistance to a multitude of clients across various sectors, handling tasks such as recruitment, terminations, policy development, organizational career management, and performance management. My expertise also includes designing and delivering training and planning sessions for a wide array of groups, ranging from schools and municipalities to corporations, non-profit agencies, recreation centers, and cruise ships.
In my capacity as a solutions-focused coach, I have aided numerous executives in enhancing their career trajectories, improving their leadership skills, achieving their goals, and addressing both business and personal challenges.
Educationally, I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. My qualifications further extend to being a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) and a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP). Additionally, I have serve on the Advisory Board for the Victoria chapter of CPHR (Chartered Professionals in Human Resources), where I continue to contribute my expertise to the HR community.
