Founded in 1996 and incorporated in Victoria BC, we have spent over 22 years helping organizations achieve excellence with an enduring emphasis on inclusion and building internal capacity in our clients. Our service lines include: Strategy Development and Execution, Leader and Team Development, and Business Process Improvement. Since 1996, Berlineaton has successfully engaged, face to face, with well over 20,000 people in hundreds of public, private and not for profit organizations across Canada. Congratulations, Tommy Eaton! I am so proud of this young man. Last weekend, after over 6 years of training, Tommy earned his black belt in Shotokan Karate and the Leigh Mueller Martial Arts System with Canada's Best Karate. The journey to a black belt culminates in an overnight exam in a safe environment that tests the physical and mental grit of students, a rite of passage to earning a black belt. The lead up to this was years in the making and emerging triumphant was no small feat for any of CBK's students. Congratulations, Tommy - your path has not been easy. You have so much to be proud of, and you have proven that commitment, perseverance, and hard work sustained over time does pay off. You did it!! Thank you CBK for believing in him, and to everyone who has walked this path with us. As we bid farewell to Isabel Houang at the end of her four-month internship with us, the entire Berlineaton team is filled with gratitude for her hard work and dedication. Congratulations to York House School for unveiling its latest Strategic Plan, Spark. Over the past year, Berlineaton’s Mackenzie Farrell and Shelly Berlin have had the privilege of working with York House’s Leadership Team and Board to guide a comprehensive strategic planning process. Engaging with the YHS community and gathering input on the School’s future direction, they helped to facilitate the creation of the roadmap that serves as the basis of this plan.
