Last Friday, Team Rockland came together in Victoria, BC, for our annual New Year’s Party in the atrium of Zambri’s restaurant. What a night it was! We took the time to honour and celebrate the dedication of our incredible colleagues who have reached significant milestones: eight of our teammates have been with Rockland for more than five years, and six for more than 10 years. We walked down memory lane listening to heartfelt speeches from those presenting and receiving the awards. The evening was filled with laughter, great food, and engaging conversation with our amazing team. It is moments like these that strengthen our bonds and make Rockland an exceptional place to work. Here's to more memorable moments, achievements, and growth together in 2024! #Rockland #NewYearCelebration #Work #Celebration #YearsofService
