It was a beautiful day to officially break ground on our new #atc control tower at #YYJ airport. This tower will be LEED-certified as part of NAVCANADA's commitment towards #sustainability. Construction will be completed in 2027 and in the meantime our excellent team here in Victoria will continue to operate out of our current tower. We are excited to announce our new LSS Classroom project that is currently in pre-construction and is set to commence in late Spring 2024 and conclude in late Winter 2025. The project involves the addition of a 40,000 sqft, two-story building to Langley Secondary School, which will comprise 12 classrooms, 2 food preparation rooms, and a multipurpose room. The pre-construction work will include relocating three portable trailers for classrooms and one for daycare from the North parkade to the South parkade of the school.
